David Walsh
I’ve learned so much javascript from David Walsh that it’s not even funny.
Todd Motto
Todd Motto is a javascript hipster. He writes mostly about Angular but his coverage of plain/vanilla javascript is extremely easy to follow and understand. Todd Mott’s js scripting is just beautiful; an art to look at.
I used to follow Chris Coyier at CSS TRICKS for css development but honestly, I’ve kinda grown/evolved beyond materials covered at CSS Tricks. But for many, I am sure CSS TRICKS is still a great resource to learn css.
