There was an interesting (rather outrageous IMO) article on LA Times today.
It’s about a business being sued by Washington AG for refusing to selling flowers to a gay couple who is planning to have a wedding.
How is the insterstate commerce being affected by a flower shop refusing to sell flowers to a gay couple’s planned wedding?
Can any other attorney out there answer my question? Because I can’t.
I don’t have anything against gays. I hold no animosity towards them and I don’t have any ill will. However, if I believe that marriage is between men and women, why should I be prosecuted for holding such belief?
Anyhow, there was an online poll & when I voted, I realized that my vote was the 666th vote.
